The Goodison site wouldn't raise enough to cover the £280m the council will lend the club, no doubt Moshiri is laughing his plums off over the whole lot of it.

I haven't paid all that much attention tbh but thought goodison was destined for new housing. I think that means its value in in the money that everton will invest in the new stadium on thier side of it. (like our 50mil foir kirkby is funded out of new housing at melwood)
