I've heard rumours of this (http://www.rokerreport.com/2013/5/1...-and-reaction-from-sunderland-1-1-southampton). Assuming it's true, who do you suspect are forming silos, do you think it's a problem and, if so, what would you do about it? Alternatively, who do you think are the problem/s in the dressing room? My view is that McLean must be in there somewhere - among others no doubt.
i think bardsley will be in there somewhere. we need a unified dressing room with everybody driving towards one goal. it has been a long time since we have had that. hopefully di canio can sort it out before the start of next season and we see a big change in the mentality of some players
O'shea and Brown should have had that winning mentality. Cannot believe SAF didnt instil that into them. Deffo need everybody pulling together otherwise your f*cked before you start. Always a good read from RR.
i think o'shea and brown probley have it but not many more. brown hasnt been near the first team enough to pass it on. di canio has said o'shea is one of the only talkers in the squad and cant organise it all himself. say what you want about catts but he is the one who keeps everyone in check and we need someone else in there who is a leader for when hes crocked
