Playing at the Peacock (formerly the Londonderry) tonight. I know that the original members have gone, but still looking forward to seeing them.

The perfect pub band, saw them years ago and they were as tight as a drum.

Saw them at the Half Moon in Putney a long time ago.
Proper band - Wilko Johnson at his best

Eddie and the hotrods were another great band of that era.

Never saw them live but the old grey whistle test session from late 70s is absolutely classic

Good band... Wilko then went round with his 'solid senders'... every bit the live band.

Just seen this posted now, wished I had of known earlier as I would’ve gone. Class band with a lot of history (and musicians). Is Robert Kane still with them, good Sunderland lad

First saw them live in the early 70's at Tyne tees studios on the quayside. Our youth club were invited to be in the audience for The Geordie Scene TV programme, and they played live, as well as Geordie and a band called Fog. It's still knocking around on YouTube somewhere, all long hair and flares.
