Queens Park Rangers finances in the Premier League 2012-13: Total turnover (income): £61m. Total wages £78m. Total loss £65m. Total net debt now up to £177m. Mental.
they must be praying for promotion, but that's looking ever unlikely by the week. I don't know how loaded big Tony is, but that has got to be unsustainable. I would fancy Derby or Forest for the play off spot.
Well at the start of the season I was hoping Leicester went up, and once Derby brought in McLaren I though they'd go up too. I'll be happy as long as DQPR don't go up.
I'd like Burnley to get promoted. I know we've not had the greatest record there & Marney is a figure of derision, but they're doing things the right way. Decent football & decent squad on a small budget. Plus, it means not seeing twats like the poison dwarf & Redknapp back in the premier league.
Excellent. Still none of bent Harry' mates in the press making the surprisingly obvious connection between double admin pompey and the impending doom at dqpr.....
there was even an article in the daily mail a few weeks ago which basically blamed Hughes for the situation that dqpr have been left in!!! ridiculous
Adding Drama to the start of the name would bring in increased revenue. Everyone already uses it, why not incorporate it?
Nah, they just need another olympics at White City. The land Loftus Road occupies must be worth £200m easy... Erm...
On the topic of football stadium land costs, I'm sure I once read/heard that Craven Cottage would fetch more than any other in the UK.
