Saw this rumour last weekend reggy, but if he goes out on loan we still pay a large chunk of his wages, he needs to be sold(even at a loss)rather than being loaned out.

 

I think he's hanging on for a coaching job.

Totally agree loaning is not best for us but the article mentions clubs interested as a permanent deal.

 

I offered to pay half his wages if the club kept him on because he winds you all up so much, which is a beautiful thing.

So far no money has been taken from my account, though.

If you're paying half then lets renew his contract to £500k per week and then loan him out to someone that will pay the other half for the reminder of his contract

 

No point loaning him out. It doesn't bring us in any money, it barely saves us anything on wages and it just means we can't use him as a sub (for the odd occasion he plays alright) or cover.

Don't understand our obsession with loaning out players.
