He's doing a great job at Palace on a shoestring budget, he knows the league inside out and he knows the club and some of the players from his time on loan.

He could be a good choice to replace Grayson.

Doing a great job? Two games into the season is not the time to decide whther anyone's doing a good job. Also he came in last season at Palace after the Jan transfer window so everyone's squad was the same. Also he's spent much more than Grayson.

I agree with Spanish. You're a ****ing, clueless, moronic idiot.

because you spent last season offering up loads of managers and now your at it again....
Dougie freeman has had as many games as Grayson this season!!

What makes you think he would want the Leeds job...
im sure soon you woll be mentioning Gus and any other Manager in the top half......

you wont be happy till Grayson is sacked...in other words you want the team to fail so you can have Grayson sacked?

The things that people come out with on here in an attempt to defend Grayson are beyond belief.

Palace have spent much more than us?

I suggested Malky Mackay last season. Cardiff, who are going for promotion, took him and have had a 100% start.

I'm fully aware that this is early days but my judgement is not based on the start of this season.

Malkay has been scratching around for free signings as well. 7 at the last count. Plenty of good frees out there. Earnshaw, Conway, Taylor, Cowie. Just need to find them.

Sold Chopra for £1.5M, signed Miller for £700k and Mason for £250k so in profit as well.

I wanted Graham, O'Leary and McAllister. I didn't want any of the rest. That shows how good my judgement is.

Should Grayson decide he's had enough or is sacked surely the best candidate to replace him would be Ian Holloway.
Took Blackpool up on a shoestring,& I'm sure if he can do it there he can do it at Leeds United.
As an added bonus he'd probably bring Steven Crainey with him to solve our LB problem so we could all moan about him again!

I wouldn't have Holloway anywhere near the club.

Why do you think Holloway would want to be anywhere near Leeds?

Seems to have a nice little number going at Blackpool. What's going to tempt him? The open cheque book Bates is going to give him. He's the same chance of money to spend from Bates as he is from Oyen. None!

My local team manager has won all his games this season and has brought in three under 19 players, who have already been watched by St Mirren FC. I reckon he'd be a better manager than Grayson, but would tell Bates to go and stick his ideas and comments up his arse, sadly we all know little boy Grayson doesn't do this, so he's here for as long as Bates wants him to be. Not keen on Freedman, maybe if he wins promotion in the next few years and develops talented players.

Ye Macca was a better manager, made us play more entertaining football with no end product. We were the Arsenal of League One under McAllister.
