From what i've heard this is as good as done. This should be signed and sealed soon.... unless Spurs or Arsenal come calling. ( This same source from within the club also told me to bet my house on a no points deduction back in March. ) I've been told that Alex has a luxury apartment overlooking Chelsea bridge that he dosen't want to give up. His family is settled here, and do not want to leave London. He just wants to play first team football, without being too unsettled. QPR fits the bill, and with no last minute/agent guided dramas he's as good as ours.
Me too, I just hope he's not hanging it out for a better offer. If we do sign him though, it's a huge statement of intent by TF and Co.
Don't ask cerny!!!!! it will be a done deal...........depending on league position, terms, how many slices of toast he had for breakfast etc etc
Would be a fab signing, but why the hell arnt Arsenal or Spurs coming in for him?..Injury free he is a very strong deender.
