Going to again remain positive despite Donny achieving their first win at the weekend, a lot of reports suggested we upped the ante somewhat first half against Morecambe. Donny Rovers 0-2 Gillingham (Bonne & J. Williams).
Tough game, can't see many goals.... Donny 0-1 Gills (Maloney) For those not going to the game, the audio can be found on Gills Ifollow on the day, also for those that subscribe a full match replay will be available the next day.
Also as always on Radio Kent, mostly the DAB station but every league game is covered by them (which is what Ifollow then uses for commentary).
Yeah I realised after I signed up that it was the Radio Kent commentary. Although then I found the full match replay content, so £4.49 per month didn't seem so bad. It's a bit odd really because I always knew the highlights and extended highlights were there, but like in the last game, you had to open up all content to see the full match replay, it's like they don't want you to know it's there. I'd had ifollow in the past and never watched FMR before, so don't know if that's a recent addition or like now was just not easy to find. I use my laptop btw not the phone. So I listen to the commentary on the day, then watch the full replay on a Sunday morning, at least then I feel like i've been to church and dropped a few coppers on to the collection plate in doing so.
Yes, I have the afternoon to watch the match at last, wedding season slowing down. Had one yesterday and Chris Whelpdale was among the congregation. We don't seem to have a great record at Donny for some strange reason, but the fact we scored twice in a league match last week was brilliant. We are top and there for a reason as the gaffer says we can't hope for big goal-scoring games every week. As long as we are adjusting the team and still winning is what counts. Im hoping for 2 goals again, but I can see young Marsh getting on the score sheet, on loan from Sheff Utd and has come with good credentials. Donny 1 v 2 MKB ( Marsh. Lapslie and Nadesan )
