Had to eat in the Dolman tonight after eating up in bemmy for the last four weeks being spoilt.

That food in the Dolman hall is absolute rubbish, cold chips, cold burgers even at 7 o'clock.

The princely sum of eleven pounds handed over for junk,my dog eats better.

Sort it out Ashton Gate the food at Coventry was piping hot and excellent value for money in the ricoh.
Brightons Amex put us to shame.

Our food is third rate at the gate.

Guys and Gals. We will not get any improvement in quality of food/drinks and service until the rebuild is complete and a totally new provider is in place. So send your comments to David Lloyd so that they can all be brought together for those who decide where the contract will go to have a better insight on what we, the customers want
Til then we just have to muddle along.

The problem is that the Club does not see us as customers, I have had some correspondence not answered. When I raised valid concerns about the Rugby (with BCFC) I was told to write to the Rugby club who didn't answer. I then went back to BCFC who said "look everyone is pre occupied with building the stadium that everything else is off the radar". They concluded by saying "we will sort it out next year". I had similar problems opening a HL account. It all leaves you with a nasty taste in your mouth and makes you feel that you are not valued as a customer.
