At the appointed hour of 4:00 p.m. PST I like to read what's happening on the BBC Football gossip page and it amazes me that I can't remember the last time I saw an English name on their header. Do Premier League teams actually know they still exist or do they continue to feather the nests of all the other national squads at our expense (expense being the operative word)? Just wondered. Guardiola for example dumped the English national keeper in deference to a Spaniard - go figure!
Bravo's actually Chilean. I think you just need to come to terms with the fact that the World's a different place to that of 25+ years ago.
I know that from the terrible news I read every day and although I can accept the new order of the planet I have a very difficult time accepting some of it's terrors. Bring back the England I once knew please but deep in my mind I know it has gone forever.
