Bruce says he doesn't see any value in the current market, regarding strikers which suggests he doesn't intend to bring a new stiker in.

Although this makes sense I agree with Nedum Onuoha who said that while 4-5-1 makes us solid we are not much of an attacking threat against teams with good defences and don't have many other options.

What do you think?

SJ I think 4-5-1 or more accurately 4-3-2-1 is the way to get the best out of Gyan.

If we get the right players running off him I think we can a threat going forward and also be solid when we dont have the ball,

I agree with you, especially about Gyan, he looked very good against B'pool would just be nice to have the option to play 2 up front

at this time gyan on his owen up front with support will have to do

bruce will not spend big on a gamble type striker it will be seen as a panic buy so 4-5-1 will be the way until the summer imoa

i think bruce will decide when to add to our attack but i would like it now imo
