Just watched ITV Wales' sport report and they had an interview with Buck and 'Arry on the weekends game and the speculatior that Buck is one of the favourites for the Spurs job should 'Arry go. Buck said "It's purely speculation. One day in my career maybe I'll be at the top, but right now, I'm at Swansea and I'm loving my time here and am completely happy. 'Arry said "Swansea are great. To come up to the PL and continue to play how they do, and pass how they do, sticking to their ethics, is amazing. To have beaten the teams they have in the manner they have is beyond belief (Think those were his words). They cause any team they play problems, and I don't care what anybody say's, they do and will cause you problems. What a great team. So, the favourite for the England managers job and a respected manager across the globe saying those things about our humble little club from Wales, well, does it get any better? STID.
Nope, happy days. I like old Harry boy, he gives praise when it's due, if his team has been beaten fair and square than none of the crap other manager come put with under performing rubbish. Honest Harry!!!!
nor me , great comments from both.If we beat them Sunday I doubt harry will say " we were poor today" there's the difference between him and a few mangers this season
Harrys a great manager, if he takes the england job maybe in the years to come if we are still in the prem doing very well and Rogers does move on to a bigger club ( not for a long time hopefully ) we may have a chance of Harry managing us when he`s done with the england job! stranger things have happened and it would be amazing to have someone with his experience here ? Also has anyone else heard about Rogers trying to get Real Madrid over here for a pre season friendly ? if true i like his style .
I'd always pegged Harry as a disloyal money-grabber the way he flits between clubs, even local rivals. My jury is still out on him (no pun intended) but he definitely went up in my estimation after they played us down here. Unlike sourpuss Wenger or incomprehensible Mancini he was so gracious about us and the way we played, fair play.
Knackerd, that's when my estimation of Harry went up, just like his honesty. (That might not be right tho with HMRC mind)
