surely Del must take a long look in the mirror, and whilst i can also blame some of the players, he has to take responsibility, if he is to leave with any pride he has to call it a day now. If SL is going to continue to back him, then the only action is to sack, pay off and bin the players that are clearly not playing for Del or the club. changes have to be made today, it is already too late to save the season and we are down, but the club needs the fans and the only way to keep them onside is to take one of these radical actions. either Del out or the players.............
The problem lies nearer to the top I think and if you look at our fall from grace then it is clear that it started years ago under previous regimes. I really think McInnes must go now but unless support from the top is forthcoming that would be another waste of time.
