Club will be known as, now that Companies House have told them they cannot ever have that name.

BDO will take them on over the badge also and the sale of branding for £1, not to mention the gross and shameful undervaluation of the assets.

Suggestions for names.......................
 
Their fans on Rangers media are getting worse , in their glory about Motherwell getting beat last night in front of 9000. Somebody should remind them this time last season with their illegal team they got beat by Malmo in front of 20 odd thousand .

RB I am almost certain that it is illegal in civil and criminal law terms under the Insolvency Act 1986 for the scum to trade under the name, brand and insignia of the former company/club or they are liable for the latters debt in total.

I know what you mean, but the liquidators BDO could compromise themselves if they do not act to the letter of the law with regard to this. Companies House had to wait till the name had been applied for before acting and BDO will similarly be hand tied to correct legal procedure. This is not the SEVCO minded media, salmons or the spl/sfa/spl we are dealing with. Just be patient. The law moves slowly
 
They officially die on Friday when they are liquidated , end of arguement , finished , dead , whatever word you want to use . Great tonight to see us get 50000 + what did Sevcp get this time last season under 28000 !!!
 
Harry don't forget their 28,000 was pure evil low life, well maybe not all, probably only 27,950 were. They had a few quiet moments
because they were not hurling abuse at Regan then.
