When I saw this, I was a bit annoyed. Having thought about it, you may be right. There's no way on gods earth Ashley will sell the club while we're in the premier, too much easy money from tv. He needs to fec off now before he chokes the life out the club.

I don't think we will go down but sometimes you need to take a step backwards to take two forwards.
If going down guaranteed Ashley went and we came back up then I'd take that. heckler has a valid point. One which it's likely to split opinion.
Away days in the championship are canny too.

That ****ing QPR has really got me worried. We need Villa to equalise otherwise the **** may have hit the wall. If that game means something away to them it could be ****in horrible foe my heart.

We are so poor just now that I cannot see where the next points are coming from.

This is going to be close but I think we will JUST stay up.

We'll stay up, we have enough points in my opinion, but we won't get many more, that's for damn sure. Of this squad, Sissoko, Tiote and possibly Janmaat will go, that leaves Perez, Krul and Cisse as the only players I deem good enough to play for our first team. Colback, Abeid, Cabella are decent back-up players but are only first team quality if we are in a sticky spot, which we currently are. Aarons is a mythical being, not sure he exists to be honest.

The rest are absolute crap and must be part of the largest culling since the toffs found foxes made a cracking pair of socks.

Ashley said he would not sell until the end of the 15/16 season. He's worth £5bn, clearly dislikes the club/area. I reckon he's gearing it towards a massive, massive failure next season and easy relegation, before selling up, maintaining the loan, controlling merchandise and just letting everything else be someone else's problem.

That would not be acceptable, where else would Sunderland get those important six points from each season

    Of course not.

Possibly next season unless there is a significant overhaul and some sizeable money spent.

Ashley will not sell if we go down. We would be guaranteed another 2 years of him if we get relegated so please don't wish for that. Best thing will be if we muddle through this season just staying up and maybe a good offer will come in and he will take it. It would be the ideal time so that the new owners could start the rebuilding that will be required.

As Jakarta says, people hoping we get relegated so that Ashley would sell are living in a dreamland. He is far far more likely to sell if we have Premier League status than championship (or worse).

We will survive but only just. It is getting far more nerve-wracking than I expected and I am not at all confident yet.

No I don't think we will. We will scrape through which is exactly what they gambled on in January. I think even they have probably been surprised by Carver's stupidity.

No chance, Hull might win one match out of 7, even we will finish above them(SAFC)
