my wife goes on that i care or think more about rangers than i do her which is not true of course! but there are times when i can't talk to here after a match & the one that springs to mind is the bolton away match, i was distraught after that & just couldn't talk to her. yes i'm passionate about the Rs & they are part of my life but if i had to choose? joking, anybody else get jip from there beloved?
Mine goes on about Ipswich Town all the time and makes me endure Steve Claridge every week so I must love HER to put up with that bollocks...
Being a Ranger has been my longest relationship to date, if she cant handle a little competition thats her problem. Deleting this page from my browser history..........just in case.
My other half hates footy;.......so my love affair with the Rss allows me a certain amount of peace and freedom. I am allowed to wander off both actually (to the matches) and also more mentally to do all those other things obsessed people do (go on forums, listen to matches involving Bolton, wigan and blackburn, rearrange my programs, iron and fold up my shirt collection etc). It allows me to chat to strange men, (well you lot on here, only a few of whom are strange, yes I am talking about you Hoppster)...who sometimes get random hugs (last random hug was as Cisse scored v Stoke)...no idea who he was but we seemed to like it. He plays video games...I go to footy So to be politically correct...it's a different sort of love!
Good question... As long as my wife knows me we have not been in the premiership.(qpr that is) so as she is a man u fan she usually replies with the good old line yer shi*te yer not even in the premier league. that all changed last season but was just changed to yer shi*te.. When i told her there was more of `US QPR FANS` living in wexford she seemed bemused.. but went along with it . Then on Sunday she saw it first sight....... Tuesday night while watching tv she turned and said to me.. I ONLY REALISED ON SUNDAY HOW MUCH QPR ACTUALLY MEANS TO YOU.. so to answer your question yes i do love QPR more than my missus.. but usually for about 90 minutes a week... C`MON THE HOOOOOOOOPSS
I was not allowed to call my lad Stanley-Adel.......the teddy bear with the QPR scarf now bears that name!
