The way they are playing now and our terrible away form spells disaster for Hughton and i can`t take another speech about not getting what we deserved from the game and the quality the opposition have.
6 pointer written all over it.

Palaces recent form hides how good they actually are.

They probably have the worst squad in the division.

I don't see any reason not to feel we can go there and win as we are a much better side.

Yep, definite 6 pointer. If we play 4-4-2 I'll not have a lot of confidence, I'd like to see:

    Ruddy
    Martin-Bennett-Turner-Olsson
    Howson-Fer
    Snodgrass-Hoolahan-Redmond
    RvW/Hooper

Assuming Howson's fit (fingers crossed!). I'd rather see what Hoolahan can do against a championship defence, and ask Fer to sit a little deeper, in something closer to the 4-3-3 we had when Tettey was fit, where Howson and Fer cover each other if one goes forwards.

With that team I'd like to see the midfield told to roam, let others go forward and sit back then join in and encourage the wingers to switch sides a lot, keep the palace defence constantly on their toes.

Given our record at Selhurst Park - It is not so much a question of faith in team as such, more a question of inevitability about the outcome. I just feel, that no matter how well we play on the day, Palace will not lose the game.

Agreed. Whilst Snodgrass is definitely better on one side of the pitch, roaming seems to bring the best out of Redmond. Howson-Hoolahan-Fer as a midfield trio might help us keep possession further up the pitch too, which would be nice.

Nope, none atall. Palace away is like playing Fulham... Always seem to play s*** and get sod all from the fixture. We will also go there trying not to lose and in the end we will, just to use to seeing that now to know when it will come and when it won't.

I'm not one to believe in football history. Both have completely different sides to the ones who have played before. I agree with Carrabuh that we have the better players, but they need to rise to the occasion. I'm optimistic, but it may depend on who is fit!

Out of a sense of loyalty more than genuine hope, I've gone for a 1-0 win.

My head tells me we'll play for 0-0 and concede in the 81st minute, though.

Smart money would be on the draw here. That might not be too bad a result for both.

Of course we can win it. I'm thinking back to when we last played Palace at Carrow Road though, that wasn't easy for us even though we have a better team. I just hope everybody is up for it...

Any team managed by Tony Pulis is going to be a tough tough game, can't see us being able to dominate a game against a team like that. Hopefully we can nick it but really can't see it as he gets any team so organised

Doesn't work like that JWM.We won at West Brom and they would have won at Chelsea had it not been for a bent ref.
