I am really starting to beleive that no-one gives a flying she-ite about ITFC...It just seems like...'Ah let's go and play for Ipswich...don't matter about today...just suck on the past and look like stars".....too harsh?....we'll see...

:emoticon-0149-no:I think its actually worse! We say we have ambition yet we put out a second string side and go out of the Carling Cup at the first hurdle - not much ambition there! We have zero leadership out there. No sense of togetherness whatsoever right now and Captain Leadbitter is so quiet it's scary. Want an example of how powerful a sense of team can be? Then look no further than the England cricket team right now to see how powerful 11 men working as a unit and looking out for each other with some passion can be! Give the armband to Andrews, as I think he has the qualities of leadership. We let players go and don't bring in the right personnel to replace them and as everyone is saying; we have had a gaping hole in defence for so long now that its really quite astonishing that we have not fixed that, nor do we seem close to doing so. I am sure it will get better but in answer to your question; "No, it's not the same old same old, its actually several degrees worse right now"!:emoticon-0149-no:

I don't know how you can say that its worse than it ever has been, can anyone actually remember Roy Keanes reign? or is it just me???

Yes last night was particularly bad, our defending was awful but Southampton were a very very good team. There is no quick fix to the problems we have had for the past few years. We have added 8 mainly quality signings and yet still we have problems showing how much we still need to improve and maybe perhaps due to the amount of changes needed this is having an effect. This time I think its probably the biggest transition period the club has experienced in terms of playing personell and quite rightly in my opinion.

We are going to experience a few more lows this season but let Jewell build his team ffs before we start critising him
