sometimes 6ft 3 inch grant hall reminds me of alan its his calmness in front of our goal even if he makes mistakes he just plods on unshakably at only 200 000 he looks to be a bargain player
unlike alan though he dosnt score from corners and has only ever scored one goal in his life but well done uncle les and the scouts that have now brought in about nine good players, even if we only fininish eighth this season next year we will have a great young team full of exiting tallent

He is literally an "unsung" hero as we have no song or chant to show our appreciation. Come on chaps let's get the thinking caps on - Tall and Ball rhymes, but that's as far as I've got.

    Grant Hall
    He's tall
    And comfy on the ball
    Grant Hall, Grant Hall

    Grant Hall
    Ain't Small
He's a one man defensive wall
    Grant Hall, Grant Hall

    Grant Hall
    Won't fall
He's built like a shopping mall
    Grant Hall, Grant Hall

    ****, innit.

Could always modify the Steve wicks song. ....6 foot 2, eyes of blue and so on....

Bit early for the macca comparison but give him time......

Long way to go before he can be mentioned in the same breath as the great Alan McDonald but he's certainly showing some promise. I think we may have unearthed a gem.

    Grant Hall

    There's only one Grant Hall.

    Simple and a classic.

Not sure how someone who cannot afford to go to games and has such poor eyesight he cannot type properly is able to give a knowledgable view of a player,

And I been wondering what Hall had in common with a bandy legged Gooners striker from a long time gone. Oops!

Wrong Shefford Ted. I'm in Bedfordshire. The one you are talking about is in West Berkshire. Loads of racing stables down that way, hence the horses.
