Four Arsenal defenders VS One attacker.
    Simple, you would think...!!!

Johan Djourou, you are a completely useless ****ing ****. Get the hell out of this club, I would rather play with Bendtner at CB you thick, useless ****

apart from the goal, name another mistake hes made?

he's made countless headed clearences, tackles, even a few decent runs from defence, good passing

I thought Djourou was positionally very poor last night on several occassions. Seemed the weak link in the defense. Jenkinson looked promising. As a 19-year-old, he's been fully thrown in at the deep end.

his position was terrible and i noticed a few times he got caught out, he even looked round and spotted Di Natale but carried on going away from him

Djourou is hopeless at following forward's movement.... watch him any game. They always have space to pass where he should be.

Djourou is a liability and certainly not up to Champions League standard. Championship standard maybe.

Djourou's positioning is all wrong, I don't understand how he tries to defend from the wrong side of defenders continually. He needs to sort it out. He also needs to learn when to control the ball and when to clear it.

I actually thought Djourou was our weakest link last night.

He was constantly caught out of position, he half commits to challenge's and for a big guy he's not particularly physical. Much like Denilson when he played as a DM Djourou always seems reluctant to get stuck in. He's probably the least aggressive CB around.

Vermaelen was fairly poor too but Sczezney, Sagna and Jenkinson made up for it.

When Djourou plays I always worry for the full back at his side as he (D) has a habit of wandering off either mentally or positionally

We won ffs! We did not only qualify, we actually won against all the odds! No wonder players do not want to play for us...... We always want to criticise, condemn..... We are beginning to sound like our poor cousins up the road! We are not happy as fans unless we pick on a player (or 2)! Denilson, Diaby, Bendtner, Song, Rosicky, Walcott, Eboue, Arshavin, Chamakh and the list goes on and on.... We wonder why these players jump ship at the earliest opportunity.... (Maybe Nasri was right as to why he left us.... Only kidding) I think we need to get it into our heads, we are not big boys, we cannot afford to spend 20mill plus on strikers, let alone defenders... This is is what we have, and personally, I think they are doing their best, Get behind the team chaps! We better get used to it, we will not be signing any household names... aaaarghhhh. Rant over!

Is it not possible to be a bit critical of a player anymore?
I would not boo Djourou or want him sold Im simply saying that like many younger CBs he has a habit of getting out of position - he will get better with experience

Shut up you plum !! If you are happy with mediocre players when as fans we are paying premium prices then bully for you !

Just because we won that does not mean we are not going in the wrong direction - we are still woefully below the quality we should be and until Wenger buys some players we will be poor and I'm not having a bar of it !

We'll see how far YOUR ambition takes us this season! We have not shelled out millions on our players, we pay for a skoda and expect rolls royce performance. Loserpool and Spuds with all the money they have spent would want to be in our position! Let's get behind the BOYS!
