I think its strange how nobody has heard from him since he was given the boot, perhaps he is....

    "Taking stock of his situation".
"Dusting himself down ready to go again".
Trying to find an 18 year old kid to lay the blame on. :emoticon-0116-evilg
Getting his buffoon speech ready for any journalist that will interview him.

In all seriousness though would be interesting to see where he ends up and what he manages to do with the resources given.

I hope he has a few months of to recharge his batteries, and ends up with a reasonable job somewhere..........who knows he might even "raid" Cardiff with a bid for Naylor ;)

I hope the guy does OK for himself....................as long as he doesn't come back to haunt us <ok>

i would imagine there would be plenty of clubs in the championship wanting someone to steady the ship - DJ would be a good fit for a smaller club without expectations of promotion.

his CV is pretty good but i cant see him getting a top job even in the championship tbh.

Its a strange one, he is obviously a very decent manager to some degree, on the other hand he couldn't do the job with the most gifted squad in the championship.
If you were looking for a manger and had no aspirations other than to build a good team, then he's yer man.
    No good for us unfortunately.

    Too true bob<laugh>
That used to really grind on me, as if people in other parts of the world didn't want success, or would accept a poor playing performance from their team.

Seeing Jones is gone , does anyone think MacKay can put his arm around Gyepes & Matthews & get the best out of the former manager's " Picked on " players . Couple of good players there as far as I'm concerned . Also Marshal should be your #1 keeper & Quinn rocks !! . Hell , I should be your manager !!

Cracker...Mathews has gone to Celtic and from what I can gather, Gyepes just threw his toys out over DJ. I think Huds and Gerrard could be the main 2 but I guess its down to Malky.
