Alright guys, I'm a Hull fan and as you probably know we're supposedly in talks for signing Campbell, we all know his goal scoring record was fantastic for you just wondering if you think he would do the same for a team like us, doing very well but sadly just not taking all our chances. We put a lot of crosses right across the edge of the 6 yard box, brilliant crosses with no one on the end of them, you lot think he would do the job right for us?

Cheers fellas and good luck for the rest of the season.:emoticon-0148-yes:

Campbell is a hot property. Whoever he ends up with has got themselves quite a finisher. I thought the deal was already done with someone last week for three years so if he's still not signed then maybe its not as clear cut as we were lead to believe.

There is no doubt that Campbell's goals got us out of the soup!

Bruce said on saturday we were in talks with QPR and today we're in talks with DJ himself. Hopefully they've give us the permission or even better a deal has been agreed, we aren't too bothered about him being 31 we just want to go up this year and if that means giving him a 3 year deal then so be it.

We might only have to worry about him being good for the next five months.

Did a decent enough job for us while on loan, but then again, so did Jimmy Bullard...

Why no mention on the Leicester board? After all, he played many more games for us.

Or did you not want to hear about his negatives?

Give it a rest will you. We are well aware of your opinion from our board. I suspect that the OP wanted the view of supporters of the club he has played for most recently.

There was no point in posting it on your board, you live on our board already and we're fully aware of what you think.

Also, better to get the opinion of a club he was at weeks ago, rather than years ago.

He posted complete gash about us on the Cardiff board too, it's like he's in training to be the ultimate bellend.

I saw that. I also saw the Cardiff fans recognising his unhealthy obsession with us.

Apologies to the tractor boys for getting caught up in this <ok>

I posted on the Ipswich board because he's played for them 17 times this season obviously? And I think I have heard enough Leicester fans opinions to last me a life time. Even stalking us on the Ipswich board are we? I'm sorry for dragging this utter **** onto your board Ipswich fans, I really am.

    Back to the OP.
DJ obviously done very well for us, in a team that doesn't exactly have the most creative midfield in the league. How will he do for you, who knows?
He could get his three year deal and take his foot of the gas or he could realise these are his final good years playing and play out of his skin. He knows where the goal is and I would tend towards thinking he would do well for you at this level. If you only need his goals to propel you into the premiership then you are going after the right person.

I think the only thing Id say, in terms of getting on the end of crosses if that's what you're wanting, that's not really so much his game.
