So the mighty Charlton the first home game on Saturday the 12th August....they might be putting a good team together this season.

Start away at Peterborough 5th August.

Christmas...home to Oldham Saturday before...23rd.....not a great game this.

Home on New Years day to Walsall....same here, not an exciting game.

Last game away to Gillingham 5th May.

Bristol Rovers away on the 30th Sept a Saturday......home on the 17th March 2018 also a Saturday.

Portsmouth away on 25th Nov a Saturday......home on the 14th Apr 2018 also a Saturday.

Christmas and the New Year games are not crowd drawers....unless Argyle are flying.

    Just checked the Easter games....

    Sat 31st March.....home to Southend.

    2nd April.....Easter Monday....away to Scunthorpe.

Not one big game on holidays this season.....very unfortunate for the fans.

Probably the best is Charlton being our first home match.

yes, the fixture computer was a little unkind . two long distant midweek matches in close succession as well as the not very attractive BH fixtures.

This seems a repeat of last season and shows me the football league doesn't like us much for some reason. Away first game and last game once more. Bristol Rovers are our nearest league opponents yet they cannot fit a fixture in over a Bank Holiday either home or away. That's crap.

Started last season at home with a 3-0 tonking by Luton....might suit us to start away this year....although hard one at Peterborough.

My mistake but it was obviously very forgettable. Just seems that for the longest travelling team and supporters in the land there is not a lot of thought given for it. If it were the premiership mind...........

No taking into account how long Argyle will be on the road for EVERY holiday.......you would have thought we could at least have been given Bristol Rovers at least ONCE.

Shame about the away games to Blackburn and Wigan - I had the lads thinking of a weekend away at one of them until I saw the list.

Typical, well we are now looking at possibly Bristol or Milton Keynes...

Is that your homeless friends hobo? I thought you meant the kids and that would be a terrible thing if you kept them in a box.

    Hi sensible.

No some homeowner friends. They have never been to an Argyle fame before so the hope is that this may get them into it.

No children live with me, their mothers for some reason did not approve of my lifestyle ;)

The mother of my kids doesn't approve of me either but for some reason she hangs on and I can't get rid of her. Anyway, I can't understand anyone who lives near enough and has never seen a game before. Are they Yuppies or something? Oh hang on I bet they live in Totnes and hug trees for a pastime. They only venture as far as the nearest tree copse for naked dancing or so I've been told. I've never plucked up enough courage to go there and see.

I wish they were yuppies, they are simply sky sports premier league watchers.

Hopefully though seeing the passion of a real football club will inspire them to get to more games - I won't hold up hope though.

Sky Sports Premier League watchers.....can't you hear them dragging their chains around during multitudes of advertising breaks....as they continue to kill grass roots football.
