    I thought Steed Malbranque was a good shout on Twitter, left Sunderland out of the blue and his St.Etienne contract was terminated recently under strange circumstances, maybe they found out before the programme airs and decided to cancel his contract.

    Just a guess...

    It's a well known fact that most sports stars are 'druggies'. Carragher, Gerrard, Cahill, McFadden, Osman, Nick Chadwick (Who?!) are known for it in Liverpool and St Helens.

    Of course there are more but these are the ones i've actually seen.

    they were diet pills, it was joke that he even got banned and he's not english to my knowledge, Carrol, Lescott or someone like that.

    i reckon that players should be allowed to take cocaine personally. its hardly performance enhancing is it? at the end of the day its going to have a detrimental effect on their careers ultimately and if they're stupid enough to think they can cope with the rigours of PL football on a massive come down then let them get on with it.
