So another game another Red card... Discipline starts at the top and works down but I have a feeling that Larry is losing the dressing room or the players don't think he has a pair. Players squabbling with each other - Some may say it shows a will to win and hate losing but I think it stinks of unproffesionalism... If you wanna have a barney with your team mates then do it in the dressing room. Its not the first time this has happened - Larry should have stamped that out yonks ago... I personally do not think we will be relegated and a top 10 finish is possible but the Playoffs is unrealistic at the moment. I said from day one Larry needs till Xmas but if we don't sort some of these issues out then he needs to go. I would lov to be able to give you a list of possible candidates but who would honestly want to manage under the Bates regime - Perhaps larry knows this and is being a little complacent. Lets be honest if a bunch of non qualified internet hounds (us) can see the issues why can't he? I have heard all the excuses and reasons - no money blah blah but its his tactical ineptitude that does my head in... From winning positions he seems to screw it up.. Also I can imagine how dull his half time speech is - Motivational I doubt it.... I really want to be wrong and we end up doing well but Grayson has lost my confidence totally... The next 5 games will be huge for the rest of our season...

Players have probably lost respect for Larry... I guess a bit like the fans have.... I agree Billy he needs to grow a pair and stand up to him but as we have seen that is not going to happen...

I do agree we need to do well in our next 5 games because of a poor start, however if we are outside of the top 10 after 10 games bates may have a talk with MAY. But i cant see us being outside the top 10 after 10 games to be honest
I truley hope your right Josh and yeah of course they are assumptions - None of us are in the dressing room match day or at training every day - Its my opionion mate... Grayson really bores me to tears when he opens his mouth and i cant imagine him gritting his teeth and giving someone a rollicking - Again an assumption but lets be honest we are all making them...
As much as I agree, his interviews and press statements are extremely dull and cliche, he does give out a bollocking to players when we play bad. Whether that get's through to the players and has an impact, I don't know, but he is known to kick buckets and scream at players if they aren't working hard enough.
i just can't see it but perhaps he keeps it in house and is proffesional about the way he conducts his bollockings....
I was surprised as well, he doesn't seem the type but my brother used to work as player security at ER and and one game at half time, just before the door shut, he said he saw the bucket go flying across the room and SG telling them they're a lazy bunch of t***s before giving them a lengthy hairdryer session. He also (r kid) says he once got a parking ticket while working security around ER, near the pavillion, and KB went furious, lol. Papa smurf took it upon himself to fight it with the council, saying it shouldn't apply becuase it's ground security, and a week later my bro got a letter from KB and also one from the council stating it was overturned. This one is a little easier to believe, lol.
lol that sounds like bates. I agree when in the press he is boring but most managers are. I dont think the motivation is the problem, we often have come from behind to win or come out second half looking fantastic so from that point of view i dont see a problem there
