Gillingham were once a promotion contender and now........................

Just kidding. What an awful day results wise for the green army. The only two not to get a point were us and Dagenham. Lose 1 - 0 to a feckin penalty. This is just typical of our luck and season isn't it. I say season but really mean post Administration. It's a kind of Murphy's Law thing with dropping a bit of bread and butter and the chances of the thing landing butter side down are dependant on the cost of the carpet. The tactics today sounded a bit woeful but to be fair also, until the Ref intervened neither side looked like doing anything and a draw was on the cards which I would have taken as reasonable before kick off. According to Sparksy it was never a pen but then he wasn't refereeing.

One step forward and two back seems to be the standard now rather than two forward and one back. There is just the signs of a small gap appearing now which is the one thing we had closed and kept in touch with. Not looking good anymore once again. Still think there are a few more twists to come but not feeling very hopeful.

The way the table looks we are worth a punt on us being relegated.Turned on the computer just now saw the as you say disastorous result and the first thing I noticed was a bit of a gap appearing. We simply are not winning games to stay up,ok gut wrenching we lose again in the 95 th minute, but if we had been winning we still would have got something.Despite for all the players spirit we are still under performing.Agree will be some twist and turns as always in football-but the trend is that we are not winning enough games-it looks bad right now, gutted and pessimistic right now.Time for a cider i think.

I feel we have reached the point of no return.........regarding Fletcher.......it is probably too late to replace him with a proper manager..........who do we know who will work for peanuts who has the midas touch.......no one is the answer.

Fletcher will have on his managerial record........the man who managed PAFC into the Conference for the first time ever.........if he isn't sacked by then we could be heading for the Conference South and regular matches against Truro........assuming they don't go bust first.

Sixty years of supporting PAFC......I just can't get my head around the thought of none league football,........ little clapped out grounds with rusting corrigated steel stands .........and not allowing more than a hundred away fans because they havn't got the stewards to cope with too many away supporters.......thats assuming we can muster a hundred who want to go to some of these places.

PLease tell me I'm going to wake up soon from this nightmare.
