Inspired by a lively discussion I've had on Saintsweb regarding the relative business standing of KL, ML, and HL (Hans Liebherr) I've had another nosey around the company register entries of MALI Holding AG and ST MARY'S FOOTBALL GROUP LIMITED. For anyone interested, my avatar has resigned from the administrative board of MALI Holding While Michael Fenn appears to have been terminated as company secretary of the club's holding company twice, with Karenjit Dhaliwal being appointed in between. No sign of HH leaving us as of yet.
Not sure if trying to create fear or excitement, but definitely the most boring post ever. Sorry pal.
not trying to stir anything either way, but given hofstetter is someone important enough for the club to introduce to us, I think it's of interest what his movements are and I couldn't find anywhere relevant to put it. some got the idea that he was finance director from his notorious comment about the club being a financial one, but he was brought in as a corporate governance expert and it looks like his job is done after 9 months at MALI Holding.
There's only two Hans Liebherrs. One is Granddad Liebherr, the other is Uncle Liebherr. I meant Granddad Out of interest, http://solicitors.lawsociety.org.uk/person/21990/karenjit-kaur-dhaliwal Areas of practice Corporate finance Mergers and acquisitions Employment
The only watches I want to read about are the Eterna ones that will be on Fraser, Danny and Virgil's wrists soon....*crosses fingers*
He's trying to point out that he is someone who works like an administrator for companies that aren't in administration. i.e. sort the wheat from the chaff, see what has potential and what is flogging a dead horse, remove the dead wood kind of guy.
It does bear following, because the board changes have been bellwethers in the past...Cortese's removal from the board of MALI turned out to be an indicator of his falling out with Liebherr.
I think he has been in Mali to see what is running well, what is worth saving etc. Probably also on our board to see if there are improvements / failings. He doesn't seem the kind to be there to make decisions, more of a consultant type that advises. Probably why he was so matter of fact about the transfer installments. Saying what he saw without knowing that is pretty normal in this industry.
The holding company is as of 03/07/2014 showing as 100% owned by KL where a year before it showed 50% KL and 50% ML. No idea what the specifics of that arrangement were, but apparently nothing to worry about now. KL evidently has unilateral control.
The only two times she 'came out' was firstly from her mum's womb, and secondly that flirtation with lesbianism. Which one were you referring to?
