It appears to be leaning towards a totally no -holds barred forum (with some sick **** - literally - getting posted...and not just banter!!!) or 606 styel Celtic/Rangers are ****e articles. It's been getting more extreme since it changed from SPN and I can only see it getting worse...
Agreed. Mick and Muir need to sort some of these fannys out. I'm all for a laugh and joke about some rough stuff. But I don't need to see a video of someone taking a **** or a gaping asshole.
I guilty of that Pud, but I'm not condoning rape or writing graphic rape-fiction. I suppose it's all where you draw the line personally. I've replied to Camel posting a "Rape Video" on another thread, which I did start. But it does seem some people have taken some of the jokes on here as a cue to post ANYTHING
It is a forum where peopel can post away without beimg too restricted but SPN was self moderated but since it became Not606 peopel seem to be trying to outdo each other with nasty/shocking or irreverent... Look,**** rules but **** sake - this forum is used most when folk are at work! get a grip.
That's what I'm saying too. I don't want to get anyone in trouble and three times in the last two days I've had firewall warnings out here because of dangerous links to porn and snuff films. I'm not saying get rid of the rough banter but cut out the porn links and the like. Keep wummery to General Chat too and we'll get more members. Good idea. I'm probably not going to get pulled up by my work but there are back-stabbing ****s who'd grass you up or go spreading tales on this rig. Someone sees links to "Granny Porn" they are going to be a bit pissed-off. Not getting disciplined because some fanny thinks it's funny. That's what private messages are for. Christ I've posted jokes to LR and him back to me because we didn't want to upset anyone. This forum has to be for everyone, if not it'll just be people who find humour in schadenfreude

Wizgub - Nobody is saying not to be a bit rough but some of the stuff is taking it too far. That's why I'm in agreement about an "Extreme" board, you could post there and then not **** anyone off. Not trying to get personal and just blame you. I lap up some of the stuff you come out with. Just nobody wants to get pulled-up by their boss. I think the be all and end all of this will be down to Mick as it's his call either way.
Agreed. We don't want to totally alienate anyone by posting some of the stuff that's been on here recently. If we want the site to develop, we have to curb some of the extreme stuff. Not sure if an extreme board is the answer either though, as unless you make it restricted access, it will still get viewed and piss folk off.
