I have a dilemmma; work will only allow me off either the Saturday or Sunday of each week.

Now the dilemma is if I decide to get Sundays off, is that I could play football for my local team on the Sunday morning and have a few (lots) of beverages with them after, but I wouldn't be able to go to many Toon games.

Or I could take the Saturday off in order to go to Newcastle's games and work the Sunday and not play footy.

    So there's a simple question I need to answer;

Do I prefer watching or playing football?

    -------------------------------------

    What would you do!?

Well at least if you choose Sunday off you will be able to get to a few games as well as playing?

    1) Burn them!! Burn them good!!

    2) Then make yourself the manager and don't work weekends.

    Problem solved.

    Next week: Alleviating famine.

I've been looking for about 6 weeks now, there is absolutely nothing which is conventional 9-5 jobs now. They are mostly 3 on 3 off jobs, therefore on some weekends I wouldn't be able to do either...yes I'm picky I know!

It was tounge in cheek mate, its tough in the job market right now. I would honestly rather have the sundays off if I was you. You still get a few games as we play on Sundays fairly often.

Sundays off, watching football is good, but playing is the best.

Take Sunday off - we play plenty of games on Sunday, and you can just watch the motd highlights of our games form Saturdays.

Take Sunday's off. One day you will be too old to play football so make the most of it.

I know I sound like an old fart, but once you stop playing, it is never the same.

Yep. I bust my knee when I was 23 and haven't been able to play since and I miss it.

    Take the Sunday off.

Take the Sunday's off - we seem to play loads of games on Sundays these days...plus it's not just about getting to play footy, you'll spend time with your mates in the team too

If you are going to be on the bench then take the Saturday off. But, if you are going to play regular games and if you really enjoy it then take the Sunday off.

    Although, Tiote won't be happy
