Have won two top price tickets to Wembley Stadium this pm but its to watch bloody Rugby! Youngest son really wants to go. Problem is by the time we get out at 445 and get home I will have missed at least half of the Saints game. Can't go and watch it in a nearby pub as he is too young. Think I'll just have to Sky + it. aaaaagh!

    What would you do?

Sky+ it, just watch it a bit later, not really a big deal.

Kid always comes first...joy of parenthood. Saints will win without you. Enjoy the match...most sports are better live.

Didn't think I would ever be saying this...but if you have that offer then the football isn't that important. Just try and avoid finding out the score.

Go with your son, more important than football.

For once I'm with Joey B/gordon (apart from the usual un-necessary insult). It's a no brainer. Give the rugby tickets away or ask your egg chasing mate (we all have one) to take your son to the rugby while you watch Saints!

Not a difficult decision, particularly when you have sky+

Your son want s to go, so definitely go. Fathers doing things with their sons ks all good.

Now the tricky bit. Record the match on sky. Drive home with your radio off and wearing your "lalala, i'm not listening" earplugs. Get home. Unplug the phone, pull down the blinds, and start the recording from the beginning whilst the second half is being recorded. You will have all the tension/joy of watching it, just 45 minutes later than everyone else.<ok>
