Heard nowt, other than Gus saying he thinks he'd be best to stay at Charlton for a while. I guess if we stay up we may look at a buy and loan back option, but there's supposed interest from clubs way, way above our level.
Last I read on the matter was this. http://www.sunderlandecho.com/sport...les-out-sunderland-move-for-his-son-1-6393534
Has anyone seen owt of the lad? I've tried but he's had no influence on the bits of games I've caught, admittedly not a great deal.
I think that you'll find he has been their most consistent player since he made the team. I have seen him play, and would say that he is potential Premier quality, without a doubt.
Like who? Barcelona? How many top English league division and FA Cups have they won? None - see we're bigger than them.... I'll get me coat
Does he have his fathers skills and looks? Can he lay a mean log on the floor? If Maggie Byrne stuck his head between her ample breasts, will he be able to breathe for more than 30 seconds?
Would you subject your son to some of our fans after the way theyve treat some of our players? Im not sure I would tbh if I wasn't a Sunderland fan.
His contract with you expires at the end of this season doesn't it? If we stay up I wouldn't be surprised to see him come here
I work with a Charlton supporter and he reckons the lad blows hot n cold, totally lacks any degree of consistency by all accounts.
Does he get to see him often? Since he's been in their side he has been their most consistent player - no way does he blow hot n cold. The main criticism that I've read or heard is that he is a bit sideways - a la Butch Wilkinson. Old bastards will know what I mean.
Just so you know lads, a score of 0 represents and average game. minus scores for bad and plus for good. To gauge it Connor's 2 goal performance against Man City scored him 62 points.
