Finally got to a game this season (prawn sandwich brigade though!). I knew that Tiote was good but didn't appreciate how good - he was bloody awesome, and stood head & shoulders above the rest! How Nolan was given MOM was unbelievable especially as Barton/Jose were better. However, Tiote was magnificent!

£25m price tag is required to put off glory hunters!

There are only two certainties in life:

    1) Tiote
    2) TBC

As for MOTM, now that it's text-in, I expect most voters aren't even at the match -- seeing as cell signal is awful in there.

Regarding Tiote, this weekend was the third or fourth time I've taken a buddy of mine who knows sports, but not football well (he's from Texas). But I remember Stoke was the first match we went to, and he immediately picked out Tiote as being a force on the pitch, recognising his speed, footwork, and strength on and off the ball. And every time he comes with me he says the same thing again.
Point: even people who know Quarterbacks better than Centre Backs still know Tiote dominates the midfield!

To be fair I actually thought Nolan had a decent game (granted he should of finished one of his chances, but still) compared to how he's been playing lately. Tiote was still better but he's so consistently awesome people probably get used to that standard of performance.

Jonas was my MOTM but Tiote is such a find - seems a really good lad as well, theres a video of behind the scenes filming of the new strip launch, Tiote spends the whole time giggling on with Nolan!

Jonas was my MOTM like, followed by Nolan then Tiote. To be fair though Brum gave Jonas far too much space and he can cover alot of ground when he's unchallenged.

As a neutral I'd have to say Foster too, kept them in it single handedly (excuse the pun)...

Some people just don't smile very often, especially for photos. No need to read into the tiniest thing really.
