David Hamilton told the Fulham Chronicle in an interview today that he will be retiring at the end of season 2012/13. If you recall, a couple of years ago 'Diddy' David was fired by the Club and re-instated almost immediately after a backlash from the fans. However he'll be 75 by the end of the season and I suppose he feels it's time to go. In the interview he said, "I'd lthink it would be great to go out at the top" - so that's us okay for Wembley and the cup then. A kind, responsive man, David will be a very hard act to follow. I can only hope his replacement is someone with the same dignity, quiet humour and professionalism. Well at least his book "A Fulhamish Tale" should fly off the shelves.
I nominate Rocky. It's been a long time since we heard from him. I don't suppose anyone knows anything, do they?
