A woman is fighting for her life after being set on fire by her own brother. Police said they are treating the attack by Stephen Archer, 50, of Openshaw, as attempted murder and say he may still be a danger to the public. He could be carrying bottles of petrol. The woman, 49, was airlifted to hospital with 70% burns after the attack at her home at 09:45 GMT on Monday. Police have released CCTV of a man with a backpack who fled on a bicycle. The woman remains in a critical condition. A police spokesman said: "The victim is a family member of Stephen Archer. She is still in a very critical condition.
