Forgive me for posting on your board but with that blooming "global" thread I keep being reminded of the subject. Let me put my cards on the table - even if your answer is "yes" then I hope you only get a fine - I hate the idea of promotion being settled by Administrators. But do you guys actually believe your club is in the wrong and deserve some form of punishment?
We haven't got a clue Leo. What we do know is that everything was fine until our Chairman, ex-agent Paladini, used the club's website to put a grossly inflated price (ã3.5m) paid for Ali Faulin as opposed to the ã600K declared on the books. The club are saying he did this to appease fans wanting to believe the richest club were significantly investing in player power when actually they never have. A lie to the fans in other words, white or otherwise. The FA on the other hand jumped on this believing that ã3.5m had been spent and suspecting the remaining ã2.9m to have gone out in dodgy payment to Paladini's agent friends. This all resulted in the FA charging QPR with 7 offences against their rules, chiefly the inclusion of a third party owner which, at the time, neither the FA nor FL had ruled against. There's more to it but the truth appears to be that it's all a storm in a teacup. If you're that interested there's more detail around this board. You're more than welcome. We're on your board enough!
