Compared to the other teams down the bottom and thanks to Arry most of our players do not know if they would be playing for us next year regardless of whether we stayed up.... I think this was a major issue as other younger squads seemed have to have more fight and determination knowing full well they are wanted by the team. I can only think of half a dozen who will be at Rangers next year and 2/3 of them arent playing at the moment...Im not saying they havent tried under Ramsey but there hasnt been the intensity of others

Maybe they are just looking forward to playing in the Championship. Don't blame them. ;)

I just think there was a general lack of talent. We probably have 3 or 4 Prem players and without reinforcing, it was never going to be enough

Start the season with one main striker, and sell another on transfer deadline day and don't replace him. Use old players as defenders who don't have any speed. Keep Harry for most of the season. The list of mistakes throughout the season is long. Other teams figure it out on their first promotion, we have had a chance twice and not learnt.

Don't think it's a question of not wanting it, but more having the players with the ability to get out of it, clearly we haven't
