Did we do well against Liverpool on Sunday I can't remember now?!!!!

Shame that everything positive isn't being discussed and usual nonsense about same old subjects being churned through again!

Let's have a positive thread about how well we played Sunday and how the future could be bright!

McCarthy, Yun, Vargas -how good they are for us short and long term!
Onouha I also thought was excellent shame he went off.

Come on, let's see if we can keep positive without talking about the other nonsense.
    Upbeat comments only please!

Henry.....No flash...you get what is on the packet...solid hard workIng.
Yun think how good he will be when he is not marking the little snippet Sterling

Agree Beth, think Henry had a solid game. Also thought Dunne was immense obviously played as if he had a point to prove that he can still cut it!
Yun looks like he has a good touch and against teams without a Sterling as you say will be an asset going forward as well.

Yep, glad Yun put my doubts to rest. He hs to get a decent run in the team now. Done all thats asked of him the last few times he's been selected. Id would be wrong to drop him. Also give Macarthy a few games too

Well done to Dunne but i'd like to believe we have an alternative that could be as good as he has over his career..just unde 35 would be nice <ok>

I was in a state of mild shock at 15 mins wondering how we were not in front, marveling that we were outplaying the former European Champions and dazzled by the cohesive display of just plain good football.

Really impressed with Vargas who finally demonstrated why he has been signed and will score a shed load more goals if the team continue to play in the way they did on Sunday.

On the point of singing, "We've got our Rangers back", when the dream of a point died. However still massively encouraged by that display and have begun to believe / hope again that we might just not be relegation fodder after all and that Harry / Glen / Blackie / Tony, whoever or whatever combination of them and others too might get this team playing as a team with some passion and belief once again.

Team applauded at the end for a fine display and kind and humble words from Rogers and Gerrard.

    "If Carlsberg did losses....."!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Given how yun has performed when called upon, it's amazing how little he has played. Criminal.

Thought that Zamora was unplayable, the Liverpool defence didn't know what to do with him...shame he isn't a few years younger !
Vargas, have watched him, read about him last couple of years. Has the talent to be great, but as Tim Vickery said sometimes goes missing when the going gets tough.
I really enjoyed the performance from Rangers at the weekend despite the result.
Yun has to play more games and against quality strikers, and I think doing this will make him a much better player, and undropable... IMO.

Didn't we do well. Good game, good game. Nice to see Yun, to see Yun nice.

We should have know that you get nothing for a pair ... not in this game.

What do points make? .... Premiership survival.

Shame our own cuddly toy can't get his act together and set the world on fire.

It was the best performance of the Redknapp reign, the last i can think of where we played so well was Ipswich away last season. Yun was - as he has always looked to be fair - a revelation and a fantastic young signing. I loved his attitude and his ability looked top notch too. The only time I can remember him being a little over-enthusiastic was an ambitious long ball after good work getting forward that went through to the Liverpool keeper.

We looked like a different team. Was it because it was liverpool? We always give the big boys a game at Loftus Road (apart from Utd recently). Let's carry it through to Villa as we NEED to turn these home performances into wins

Yes, but its taken Arry two seasons to work out we are better with two up top.

Also, he is so experienced!!! but where was his instructions in the last minute...... we should have kept the ball............
