City Reserves lost 2-1 at Gateshead tonight. Stuart Parnaby got City's goal.

Subs Not Used: Rob Peet, Jules Gabbiadini.​

 

So don't expect to see Oli or JS at Cardiff.

 

That's a pretty strong lineup to be losing at Gateshead. Presumably it's Gateshead's first team?

it seems that a few pointless opinions on the jimmy bullard situation constitutes 'news' but a full report on City's second team which includes several first team players who could be pushing for a place, doesn't! In reality, the difference is a reporter sitting at a desk reposting contributory comments from their mates without even lifting a telephone, or travelling up to Gateshead to cover real news. The Hull Daily Mail never ceases to amaze me in their monopolistic arrogance

 

It just tells you just how futile the reserves really are. It wasnt Gatesheads first team, it was their reserve team. Their first team plays in the Conference 3 leagues down from City. I dont think their reserves play in any other league to that which City Res are in. We have first teamers out in one of the strongest reserve team line ups of the season and we lose to their reserves. Tells you all you need to know doesnt it?

 

but no Garcia so maybe he will be in the squad tonight. he's not injured is he?

Yep, the HDM should be renamed 'the press association - hull'. Ironic that the PA are in Howden so they are actually local LOL. If you removed the Reuters and PA stuff we'll only be left with the classifieds! I don't know how they can call themselves reporters or journo's.

 

It seems that way, although we do also appear to have named Adebola at centre back again to make up numbers so that's really one less first teamer than it looks like.

 

Cant they just agree to a pay off with him so that he can go.

 

it helps keep them fit if nothing else. gateshead reserves also beat middlesbrough reserves lately. middlesbrough reserves are top of that division.
