According to the news,sven's been at Blackburn today.Did he engineer a big pay off at Leicester so he could move to a better paid job,at a bigger club.
I doubt that he told them all to go out and lose on Saturday and I feel the players need to take a certain amount of responsibility for what happened. I believe Sven gave 100% when he was here and he's had the humility to say some nice things about the club and praise them in his statement despite just being sacked out of the blue. A good person no doubt and his reputation is unjust. As for the Blackburn thing, he's no longer an employee of LCFC so I don't have a problem with him looking for work and in fact I think it shows desire and hunger on his part that he doesn't just go and sit on a beach somewhere in the Caribbean and instead is looking to get back into football ASAP.
So players are only interested in money and the most attractive prospect is the club willing to pay the most, but if a manager wants to do what he can to get the biggest payout... it's madness?
And yet I've seen lots of posts claiming sven played all the wrong players and kept committing tactical suicide.
Sven was only in it for the money end of. He has no connections with the club what so ever. He came in, turned up for work, got paid every week for doing a awful job and got sacked with a £1million pound bonus...... I would take the job for that, probably the easiest million quid he has ever earned in his life! Fair play to himi say!
