Did Maradonna actually score

Seen this clip loads recently due to all the World Cup preview shows:

But did Diego actually apply the finish or was it the guy sliding in who scored?

 

Yeah, he did.

Check how fast the ball goes after the touch - no way that slide would've sent the ball in like that.

I can't see how he could have reached the ball with his hand so it must have been the other guy.

 

I hope he did handle it. Evens things out for the cheating England did in the '66 final.

If you look along the line you can just about make out the shadow of an alien who puts the ball in the pokey.
