Probably jumped ship... I would imagine that the writing was on the wall that someone was going to fall on their sword and left. Whether you would view that as having the good grace to leave for the clubs best interests or not having the stomach for the fight is the question I suppose. I always thought it was a very strange appointment for all parties and it seems to have been the case. Cue them having an upsurge in form for just long enough to save Lambert his job but then fall back into mediocrity for the rest of the season and scrape their way to safety

Villains will now have a better chance of avoiding the drop, as for the Naaarwich job, unless they are changing their kit to red then I think the budgies will be safe.
