Did AP say we were close to some signings?

Well another week goes by with nothing to show that the squad is stronger. We have either released or sent out on loan 6 players who played in the 1st team at some point last season.
Perhaps like last summer Ashley thinks we have enough to stay in the Premiership but only just. Can`t really find the energy to get optomistic any more what will be will be.
