Did anyone expect relegation fears at the start of the season?

I was hoping for a comfortable top ten finish, with some good football on display and a platfrom to build on for next season.

Have i got that? Not quite..

With some difficult games ahead, we could be dragged into a relegation scrap, and ive not been impressed with the football on show so far.

I understand MON has got a rebuilding job ahead of him, although i wont critise bruces leftover squad because he brought some top quality footballers to our club, and was unfortunate to lose some of them and get the sack in my opinion.

Anyway, there seems to be no progress been made this season, if anything, we are no better than last year, possibly worse.

lets hope next season brings some excitement to our deservant supporters, and as a club we move forward.

Im happy to give MON another window, and another season. Despite some of the bizarre signings and tactics ive seen from him, i still have faith in him, and am prepared to give him time.

We'll find out in the next 4 or 5 games if we're in a relegation fight, you maybe pleasantly surprised mate, we're capable of finishing top 10, that's why we all love football, you just never know

Every season we've been back we've flirted with relegation, even when we finished 10th so it was always a worry. This season has been a let down just hoping it doesn't end in disaster. I just think teams who go down dont come back from 2-0 down. We'll scrape through.

I thought i was being pessimistic in thinking between 10-14 but not in a serious threat of relegation because on our day I hoped we could beat anybody! Biggest disapointment is that we have overall played badly, our so called star players have seriously under performed and we've lost or drawn at home to some right ****e!!!!
With the exception of beating Man City, we have not managed to raise our game and get a suprise result or two, ie the rest of our wins have been against utter ****e!!!
