Samba Diakite will miss Saturday's trip to the Etihad Stadium owing to personal reasons. #QPR

Hughes - Samba is unfortunately having difficulties with some personal issues at the moment. We are supporting him in every way we can. #QPR

Hughes - We hope Samba (Diakite) can overcome this very quickly and get back to being the outstanding player that he undoubtedly is. #QPR

Might explain his form so far this season. Hope it all works out for him.

Damn. But as you say, may explain why he has not performed well.

So who to bring in. Too early for Faurlin. Leaves only Derry.

I think Saturday would ne too early for M'bia too unfortunately - registration, work permit if necessary, probably won't get done in time.

Of course, Family health always more important - puts the game into perspective.

But Saturday is too early for any of our new signings this week due to international clearance.

Could get a half out of Faurlin and see where we are at half time.
Then bring on Dyer or Derry.

I really really hope he doesn't play Faurlin unless it's for 15 mins at the end. It would be way too soon

I wouldn't like to risk Faurlin against De Jong and DJ would only have to look at Dyer to injure him.

Definitely! Just look at Lucas at Liverpool. Coming back from the same injury suffered a month earlier. He ruptured/strained his thigh 10 mins in against City and is now out for three months. Hope MH record for bringing players back from injury holds up.

Good reason not to sell Derry. Apart from the "family problems" is was mentioned he was suffering from depression a couple of weeks ago.

    https://twitter.com/DiakitSamba

All it says in his last tweet is that he'll be going back to Paris for Eid after the Swansea game. All caps lock though which is never a good sign!
