Diafra Sakho has asked to leave West Ham after Sunderland put in a revised bid for the striker. The 26-year-old has spoken to manager Slaven Bilic and told him that he sees his future away from West Ham as they continue to press to recruit more forwards. Sakho has spoken to Allardyce and is keen on the chance of more regular football at the Stadium of Light. He has scored 19 goals in 49 games since joining from Metz for £3.5million and has interest from other clubs such as West Brom, Crystal Palace and clubs abroad but is hopeful of West Ham agreeing a deal with Sunderland.
