I am not a great fan of his hysterical style but it was interesting to see how quickly he learned about lower league football. Remember he started off with an influx of foreign players but quickly got rid of them and went about signing some of the very best lower league players (sadly Collins was amongst them). I suspect he will get a chance at a Championship club soon and it will not be dull!
