If Pompey ever found themselves in the position of actually being able to afford it, would you prefer the club to redevelop Fratton Park (along the rotating it 90 deg plan) or would a new stadium be your preference?

Morning Dev, I would like to see the redevelopment of FP just as it is.
I reckon there are a lot of fans, up and down the country, who sit in brand new, lego brick stadiums (complete with playmobil stewards) and hanker for their old grounds.

They won't tell you that's how they feel, but I would miss FP a hell of a lot if we ever left it.

Tart up Fratton Park - absolutley, definitely, without a doubt.

It's going to become a national heritage site one day!

I drove past Brightons new stadium on the A27 at Falmer on Sunday and it does look fabulous, parking could be a problem though but then I was bombing along at 90mph so did not get a really good look at it. I must admit part of me would like a brand new stadium, but part of me would not want to move from FP. Answer is I am in between a rock and a hard place on this one, and undecided!

Got to stay at FP, too many memories for me. They can move to a shiney new stadium when I'm gone. Would be interested to hear what my kids think as they have been bought up going to FP, but would prob. prefer nicer surroundings (well, def. nicer ladies toilets!) I'll let you know.

Definitely remain at FP - think rotating ground by 90 degrees is a good idea.

By the way 3rd Eye606, I've never seen any tarts up Fratton Park !!

I must admit I did like all those artist's impressions of planned stadiums. Fratton Park is iconic. Since we have no choice, let's keep it.

That's a ridiculous suggestion! Can you imagine how long the corners would be! ;)

I will keep an eye out for the new Fratton Park on Grand Designs. I love that show!
