There's good precedent for them not to win; if it can be shown that the pubs aren't broadcasting but consuming the product then they're in the clear as it's not illegal to download or consume copyrighted material. What the fans of these clubs should do is to take a picture on their phones of anything; a car in the street, their dog, anything. Print it out and then at the next game hold it up. If the Premier League dares to broadcast these images then they ought to be chased in court.

If you're happy for your club to lose all that income then good for you. Looking at your figures it's 40% of your income.
