United were so desperate to get Bale, they were prepared to take Adebayor and his monster wages off £purs' hands. But Bale showed no interest in going to the suburban North West club whatsoever. It shows how much the M16 plastics have lost their lustre when top players will not even consider them anymore. http://www.telegraph.co.uk/sport/fo...nuel-Adebayor-in-failed-Gareth-Bale-deal.html
Ha ha. Really thought Saffa would have sown up a couple of marquee signings Such as bAle before he left. He stitched Moyes up by only telling him about the job in may
have to agree with you - it is an inside job. Its Alex all the way for not giving enough time for Moyes, clearing backroom & front office staff, unsettling Rooney, publishing a book etc. Baffles me. If Sir David comes out on top he has done a hell of a job given the unsettling factors. On the flipside - infra, resources and plastics they have it is no brainer for a decent manager to sort them out.
Perfectly summised. The infrastructure is there for success. Jose would walk the league with that set up
Jose should have no problem walking it with your lot then, no unsettled Rooney, no backroom staff clearout, no book to worry about and plenty of money to play with. Far better than the set up he would have had at OT
Nice trying to spin it but face it, Moyes took on the team that romped the league last year, got to bring in his best player from his previous club, settled squad, money to spend and you're struggling to make Europa at the moment. Worst title defence in living memory so far. Get used to it. The days of United dominance is coming to an end.
See this is how stupid you are, you think Jose was trying to unsettle him not trying to actually sign him.
In what way exactly? Every player has a price, Rooney wanted out and had handed in a transfer request. If you're going to try and flatter United by glorifying how they'll never let anyone leave to a rival, don't.
