Rangers were thrashed 6-0 by the Whites when the sides met at Craven Cottage earlier this season as Andy Johnson hammered a hat-trick for the hosts. Mark Hughes's men are desperate to end a run of four games without a win as they bid to haul themselves away from the Premier League drop zone. But midfielder Derry admits the drubbing in SW6 back in October means there's an added incentive for the Rs. He said: âThat was embarrassing for the players and the fans. It was our worst performance of the season. âNo one wants to lose like that, especially to your local rivals, but we're a completely different team now. âWe need to start picking up points because we're in a run of games where we face all of the sides around us.â Bobby Zamora could be in for a hot reception from Fulham fans after quitting the Cottage for their neighbours on transfer deadline day. And Derry hopes the England frontman can fire them to victory at Loftus Road. âBobby was the outstanding player on the pitch when we played Fulham earlier in the season,â he added. âHe was a real handful for our defence, so hopefully he can have the same impact for us at the weekend.â
